Sleep is not a once size fits all, anytime sleep and routines are being changed, there may be some tears. We work closely with each family to understand their comfort level. At SPB we do not advocate or recommend sleep training by letting a baby “cry it out.” We use many different training methods that are very gentle – yet effective.

I love working with toddlers, challenges, and all.

No! Send us an email to let us know, and we will ensure that in the package you choose, we create it geared towards both babies. There may be times where we focus on one baby at a time, but we will evaluate these special circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

I work with families with all different parenting choices. My approach is also tailored to what fits your family’s needs, there may be different ways to handle co-sleeping, but it is perfectly fine if that is your choice. I whole heartly support your decision.

Babies and toddlers are ever changing, so I cannot 100% guarantee your babies sleep will be perfect. While I would love to guarantee your baby will be sleeping 12 hours through the night and have perfect naps, it just isn’t realistic. What I can guarantee is that your baby’s sleep will improve significantly as long as you are consistent. I will do everything to make sure your goals are met. I will take a deep dive to find the causes and root issues in your babies needs and work to optimize healthy sleep foundations that will work for your whole family. I offer an array of other resources as well to help you put all the puzzle pieces back together – and furthermore to gain some sleep back, so that you can feel the best version of yourself. When all these things connect, your baby is much more well-rested and can focus of other developmental milestones. It’s truly a win-win!
