Hi! I’m Stacie.
certified pediatric sleep consultant, certified sleep science coach
The minute I brought home my son, I was overwhelmed and anxious. It all led back to being sleep deprived and not knowing where to even begin.
There were so many social pressures out there to be the perfect mom and opinions that seem forced and did not align with me. It's been a journey, but I started this platform to really empower parents like you to become the best version of yourself and make decisions that make you feel empowered and knowledgeable as you navigate all steps into parenthood.

I’m a fire wife who lives in southern California with my husband, a baby and toddler boy! #boymama
I am a certified pediatric sleep consultant and sleep science coach who works with families nationwide. I founded SPB because I struggled with the reality of newborn and infant sleep, that it caused much undiagnosed post-partum anxiety and stress. When my son was born, my husband was gone at the fire station and would come home sleep deprived, on top of that I could not get my son to sleep and my reality quickly became obsessive over researching and creating my own sleep techniques to help my baby sleep, rather than the bonding experience every mom should have. My mama intuition was to say no to letting him cry all night in hopes he would “self-soothe” him to sleep.
After trying some of the popular sleep training methods, he still didn’t sleep. I found what worked for us a family and my son and he slept 12 hours within the first 3 days of altering my methods after research and backing my approach by science and intuition. I use a tailored approach to find the root cause to each family’s needs and style, sleep is not a one size fits all. My goal is to ensure you and your baby are comfortable, so that a consistent sleep routine and better nights sleep is achieved. After I made it out the first year, I knew I wanted to help other families, so that they can ditch the stress around sleep. My passion is to help families feel well rested all around and get full nights sleep.

I solve the stress of trying to figure out sleep.
I am not trained in one specific area of sleep.
I use many different methods that will be closely reviewed once we get started! What I want you to know is every child is different and has different sleep pressure needs and that is okay, I am here to really take that deep dive with you to identify what methods will work best.
I work equally with infants and newborns.
Laying down healthy sleep foundations and routines can be accomplished at day one you bring your baby home. I also work alongside families with siblings and twins. Creating a routine and sleep plan for newborns and infants doesn't just stop there, I love working with families of toddlers 1-5 years old.
I don't think one size fits all with sleep.
Sleep is ever evolving at every age and there are different approaches we will take as we navigate each chapter and age as your child approaches. Toddlerhood can be tricky, bed climbing, regressions, separation anxiety… just to name a few. I am here to help you with all of it.
