I work equally with infants and newborns.

Laying down healthy sleep foundations and routines can be accomplished at day one you bring your baby home. I also work alongside families with siblings and twins. Creating a routine and sleep plan for newborns and infants doesn't just stop there, I love working with families of toddlers 1-5 years old.

Hi! I’m Stacie and I don’t believe one size fits all with sleep.

I thought I could just sleep train and get my baby sleeping through the night…. If that was the case, all babies would be the same. I style flex to all baby and toddler’s needs. I focus on development and bonding before using any kind of sleep training methods. Working with me, you’ll have extensive guidance and knowledge to help you get your baby on a sleep routine that works for you and your baby. I am a mama who has gone through the infant, newborn and toddler stages of life and can help you too!
